Unfortunately, not the whole population enjoy the dividends of mental health due to the challenges of difficult situations and conditions.

  • The individual has the ability to cope with difficulties beyond the help of family or friends.

  • Autonomy of action in which the individual determines behavior.
  • A perception of ability, free from wishes, desired concerned with the welfare of others.
  • Growth and self-realization one's potentials towards achieving what one might become.
  • Mastery of environment by the ability to love and leisure and play adequately human relative, problem-solving and appreciates in the life process.

Positive mental habits are those behaviors and practices an individual portrays in adjustment to circumstance and social relationship with the environment to sustain a happy and productive life.
