Age 19-39 years

  • Sexuality and reproductive issues
  • Annual pelvic examination which should begin at age 21
  • Monthly breast self examination 7 days after each menstrual cycle
  • Annual clinical breast examination

  • High-risk sexual behavior should be avoided
  • Health and risk behavior
  • Personal hygiene

  • Adequate nutrition
